About the job
Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes:
· Colaboración con el equipo de cocina en los procesos de recepción de materias primas, almacenaje, descongelación, control de temperaturas, manipulación y limpieza y desinfección.
· Realización de las tareas pautadas de elaboración y presentación de platos.
· Realización de las limpiezas periódicas establecidas en el plan elaborado.
· Manipulación de alimentos en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.
· Revisar y controlar el material de uso en la cocina, comunicando cualquier incidencia al respecto.
· Colaborar en la ejecución de menús y cartas
· Controlar y cuidar de la conservación y aprovechamiento de los productos puestos a su disposición.
REQUISITOS
· Experiencia en posición similar.
· Residir en la isla.
SE OFRECE
· Contrato de 40h semanales.
