About the job
Vos missions:
• Accueil des clients (Check-in / Check-out) ;
• Suivi du séjour du client ;
• Vente et renseignements corrects du client sur nos produits ;
• Réalisation du travail administratif ;
• Facturation encaissement, change, fonds de caisse ;
• Gestion du standard, accueil téléphonique, messages ;
• Soutien aux réservations (mouvements du jour, changements etc.) ;
• Mise à jour de l'état des chambres dans le système informatique.

About you
• Maîtrise du pack Office et connaissances des logiciels hôteliers appréciées ;
• Langues : Français et Anglais courant indispensable, une troisième langue appréciée ;
• Excellente présentation, sens du service et aisance relationnelle ;
• Formation en cours dans une école hôtelière.
