Specializing in Belgian cuisine with a twist, it’s the perfect place to indulge in snacks and cocktails, entertain clients over breakfast or dinner, or recharge during a quick business lunch.
Responsibilities
Lead and orchestrate the evening service with finesse and flair, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, following strict HACCP guidelines.
Take charge of orders and inventory management, ensuring our kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine.
Embrace flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our team and our guests.
Step up and lead our kitchen brigade in the absence of the Head Chef.
Profile
A background in culinary arts, preferably in a fast-paced, a la carte environment.
A thorough understanding of HACCP standards, ensuring our kitchen is a safe and hygienic space.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage orders and inventory efficiently.
A willingness to work evening shifts, bringing your passion for cooking to life when the sun goes down.
A strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative spirit, ready to work alongside our talented team to deliver excellence every day.
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond.
Charismatic communication skills, capable of effortlessly connecting with people from all walks of life.
Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Dutch or additional languages is a delightful bonus.

• Working Hours and Professional Environment: Shifts are usually from 3 pm to 11 pm. You may be required to work weekends. This position is full-time, and we offer a permanent contract.
