About the job
Le sue principali responsabilità saranno:
Sistemare e allestire il bancone prima dell’avvio del servizio;
Accogliere i clienti, raccontando le diverse tipologie di caffè e il menu della caffetteria;
Preparare e servire le ordinazioni al banco;
Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti e rendersi disponibili verso qualsiasi richiesta aggiuntiva;
Raccontare le offerte e le iniziative presenti sul punto vendita;
Svolgere attività di pulizia, sbarazzo e messa in ordine del bancone.
Verificare e sistemare la merce ordinata per il servizio.

About you
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 6 mesi all’interno del settore ristorativo;
Buona conoscenza del settore enogastronomico italiano e passione per il mondo food&beverage;
Ottime capacità organizzative e propensione al lavoro di squadra;
Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e buone capacità di problem solving;
Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni/nel weekend;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Saranno considerate un plus:
Eventuale conoscenza di altre lingue straniere;
Mobilità geografica.
