Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and talented designer to join our busy Brand team in London. We are looking for a individual to take on a range of projects that include brands such as The Hoxton and Gleneagles.

This role is suited to someone who has the flare and enthusiasm to create original work, someone who is able to work quickly under pressure, take direction and is eager to learn.

You will support and assist the lead designer and in turn the brand team by contributing at all stages of a project from concept creation through to completion/production.

You will also demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and develop existing skills at all times. You will need to have experience across brand, digital, and print projects, but more importantly have an appetite to learn fast and be diverse in the things you are designing.

You will report to the Brand Director and the Head of Graphic Design.

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

• You are confident using all the tools/software necessary to perform your work including;
• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft tools
• You are comfortable presenting your work to senior directors within the company
• You are self-motivated and passionate about design and enjoy working as part of a small team
• Have a flare in Digital design, digital marketing and comms.You are a conceptual thinker and creative designer with strategic problem solving skills
• You have the ability to work in a fast paced deadline focused environment
• You jump out of bed every morning, fizzing with energy and jazzed about what you’re doing today.
• You get us. You know our hotels, you’ve hung out in our bars and possibly regretted that last cocktail the next morning.
• You get stuff done.
• You’re not precious. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t. But we do like to try
• (almost) everything once.
• You are humble. There are no egos, and no drama.
• If we get stuck in a lift with you, we'll enjoy a good natter.
