For our Hotels & Residences we are currently looking for a:

Group Trainer F&B Service  (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Support in developing Operational Excellence with F&B service trainings and coaching’s on the spot
• Further developing and improving our Brand Standards F&B Service and Guest Interaction
• Accompanying the service teams during the pre-openings (seasonal, re- and new openings) to further develop the service sequence & processes, train the team members in all F&B service departments
• Hands-on mentality for new and re-openings to anchor the defined workflow in a sustainable manner
• Constantly improving and enhancing learning content, developing our people development strategy
• Ensuring all training activities are recorded and documented correctly
• Internal communication of Quality and People Development activities
• Support internal F&B service audits based on our Quality Assessment Report

YOUR PROFILE:

• Min. 3 years operational work experience within in the hotel industry (at least in a junior leading position in the F&B Service Department)
• Pedagogic Skills of advantage, a passion for training and employee development, a must have
• Multilingual skills: proficiency in German and English mandatory, Italian or Croatian of advantage
• Strong service mentality and customer focus
• “Can do” and “Going the extra mile” attitude
• Highly responsible, reliable, structured and quality conscious
• Truly passionate and love to inspire others
• High willingness to travel and driving license

For this full-time position, we offer a monthly gross salary of € 2.500,-. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible.
