What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of Managerial Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment in the UAE.
  
• Strong knowledge and Passion for various Music Genres, including pop, R&B, hip-hop, electronic, and international music trends.
  
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a Demonstrated ability to Collaborate with artists, record labels, and talent agencies.
  
• Experience in Organising and Exceuting Sensational Music Events, parties, and live performances.
  
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• Outstanding ability to work in a Fast-Paced, Dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Flexibility to work a Variety of Shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the role.
  
• Strong understanding of Industry Regulations is beneficial.
  
• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, to ensure that every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Stays up to date with the Latest Music Trends, Genres, and Industry Developments to ensure that FIVE’s music offerings remain Current and Appealing to Guests.
  
• Researches emerging artists and musical styles, and incorporates them into the Programming to maintain a Diverse and Engaging Music Selection.
  
• Curates Playlists and Music Schedules for different areas of FIVE’s venues, such as lobbies, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, to create a buzzing ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Develops and maintains Relationships with artists, performers, and talent agencies, Negotiating Contracts for performances and entertainment events at FIVE.
  
• Reviews, amends, and finalises Contractual Documentation, ensuring that all Terms and Conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties.
  
• Coordinates with the Legal Department or external Legal Counsel as needed to ensure Compliance with legal requirements and Mitigate any potential risks.
  
• Monitors the Budget for the Entertainment Department, tracking expenses and ensuring that invoices are processed and paid promptly.
  
• Collaborates with the Finance Department to forecast and allocate funds for upcoming Entertainment Events and Performances.
  
• Evaluates the Return on Investment (ROI) for different entertainment initiatives and adjusts spending accordingly to Maximise Profitability.
  
• Cultivates Strong Relationships with artists, performers, talent agencies, and industry professionals to enhance FIVE’s network and access to talent.
  
• Collaborates closely with the Senior Entertainment Team and other relevant departments, such as Marketing, Events, and Food and Beverage, to Coordinate entertainment programming and promotional activities.
  
• Acts as a Liaison between FIVE and external stakeholders, facilitating Clear Communication and ensuring that all parties are Aligned with FIVE’s Industry-Leading goals and objectives.
  
• Coordinates Logistics for Entertainment Events and Performances, including booking travel arrangements, accommodations, and hospitality services for Artists and Performers.
  
• Maintains comprehensive Records and Documentation related to contracts, invoices, and correspondence with artists and talent agencies.
  
• Develops and implements Efficient Systems and processes to Streamline the booking and management of Entertainment Acts, ensuring a Seamless Experience for both guests and performers.
