What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 2-3 years of UAE-based experience as a Payroll Exceutive in a Luxury Hotel is preferred.
  
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
  
• ‘FIVE-Star’ knowledge of UAE Labour Laws, Tax Regulations and Payroll Best Practices.
  
• Impeccable Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
  
• Strong Business Acumen and Analytical Skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
•  A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Calculates and Processes the Monthly Payroll for all ‘FIVERs’ with exquisite precision and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring Accuracy in all Financial Transactions.
  
• Ensures meticulous Compliance with UAE Labour Laws, Tax Regulations, and other Statutory Requirements, reflecting the Highest Standards of Transparency and a boundary-breaking Commitment to Legality in every payroll task.
  
• Verifies, reconciles, and curates Attendance Records, Overtime, and relevant Data, maintaining a Commitment to Accuracy and a ‘FIVE-Star’ Approach in Payroll Processing.
  
• Prepares Comprehensive Monthly Payroll analysis reports with a ‘FIVE-Styled’ touch, aligning seamlessly with FIVE’s commitment to Transparency and a bespoke Payroll Experience.
  
• Administers FIVE Tribe benefits, including Health Insurance, Allowances, and other Entitlements, applying a remarkable approach to Benefits Management.
  
• Collaborates seamlessly with relevant Departments for the Accurate and Timely enrolment of ‘FIVERs’ in Benefit Programmes.
  
• Maintains and updates ‘FIVER’ Records in the Payroll System with utmost precision.
  
• Prepares, crafts, and meticulously maintains Documentation related to Payroll Transactions, including salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
  
• Stays vigilantly Informed about changes in UAE Labour Laws and Regulations, ensuring the company's Payroll Practices consistently Remain Compliant and Set the Gold Standard.
  
• Generates and submits required Payroll Reports to Management, showcasing a Commitment to Excellence in Compliance and Reporting.
  
• Addresses ‘FIVER’ Queries related to Payroll and Benefits promptly and professionally, providing an exquisite level of Assistance.
  
• Collaborates effectively with the Human Resources and Finance Departments to Resolve payroll-related Issues and Discrepancies, fostering unwavering unity within our FIVE Tribe.
