Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.About the role
Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for On-Call Casual Banquet Waiter/ess Employees.
What you will do
- Manage function clean-up, linen removal, and storage
- Oversee function set-up and room layout checks
- Provide set-up details and update function sheets
- Liaise with hosts and address their needs
- Manage function clean-up, linen removal, and storage
- Report incidents to the Banquet Manager
What you bring
- Flexible scheduling and availability to work varied hours based on operational needs
- Ability to be on-call and respond promptly when needed
- Access to a car or reliable transportation is preferred
- Greek Citizen
What we offer:
We are recruiting Casual Banquet employees for next year 2025.
*You will be on Part-Time Basis, 3-4 days per week.
*You will earn 80 EUR (8hr shift) or 120 EUR (12hr shift) per shift

The hotel offers 303 accommodations, including 200 guest rooms and 42 suites in two main buildings (Arion and Nafsika), plus 61 bungalows set among the trees on the water’s edge. The hotel also features a Spa inspired by the ancient teachings of Hippocrates with 10 treatment rooms including two couples' suites, fitness and recreation facilities and eight dynamic restaurants, lounges and bars – from "Pelagos" a modern Mediterranean seafood restaurant and "Mercato" an all-day Italian trattoria to "Taverna 37" a beach side Greek taverna.
