We are currently looking for talents interested in joining our Team for a 6 months internship opportunity. All positions will be available in 2024.

Our 6-month programs will provide students with a practical experience while introducing them to Four Seasons culture and philosophy. We offer internship opportunities in the following areas:

• F&B
• Culinary
• Pastry
• Rooms – Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping
• Finance
• Sales, Marketing & Events
• Security - Health & Safety

What We expect from our Interns:

Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.

Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Italian fluency is required for administrative roles in divisions such as Sales & Marketing and Finance.

Legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
