Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, HI

We are looking for an Assistant Chef Concierge who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service.  This position reports to our Chef Concierge.  Work authorization for this location is required. 

Responsibilities 

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. 

Knowledge and Skills 

Education:

College Degree or equivalent experience. 

Experience: 

Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the concierge. 

Skills & Abilities:

Requires a working knowledge of the Concierges aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Hotel Services. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job. It requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the concierge system. The ability to read and speak English.

Licenses or Certificates: 

Hawaii Food Handler’s Card 

Maui Liquor Card 

Tuberculosis Clearance 

Clef d’Ors preferable  

Hours Required 

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
