Core Supervisor is responsible for the execution of the Core Department’s policies and procedures (MOS) and manage the daily operation in the absence of managers. Manages the activities of the Core GRO. Answers and directs phone calls, requests and faxes in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Supervises Core Department operation and workflow to maximize guests’ satisfaction. Assists the department head in determining the training needs for the section.
