Main Duties/Description:

  • Create curated content with direction from the Director of Public Relations & Director of Marketing to ensure it amplifies key messages and tells a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons ECI aligned brand identity, while managing and monitoring the hotel’s presence on Social Media networks.

  • Develop and implement the hotel's social media strategy, including content creation, community management, and engagement tactics.

  • Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.

  • Monitor social media channels for guest feedback, inquiries, and comments, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, and captions.

  • Conduct social media listening and analysis to gather insights, track performance metrics, and identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support the Director or PR and communications and agency partners with digital marketing strategy and tactics including SEO (with Torque), PPC and social campaigns (with Acronym), Email marketing, and display advertising to ensure communication and messaging alignment across different platforms.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the hotel remains at the forefront of social media marketing.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, F&B and SPA, to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.

  • Assist the Director of PR with social media advertising campaigns, including creative content, targeting, and performance tracking.

  • Monitor and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in social media marketing.

  • Conduct media and influencer property visits/tours and develop itineraries as needed

  • Attend PR/F&B/Spa marketing meetings as well as other meetings pertinent to promotions.

  • Attend hotel promotional events as needed.

  • Assist with all marketing and public relations planning, execution and operation/promotional activities



Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 3-4 years of social media and online marketing experience; PR and hospitality experience is beneficial

  • Photography / videography experience specific to lifestyle / social media

  • Essential Design and photo/video editing skills like Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Premiere…etc.)

  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills in English (Arabic is a plus) with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set.

  • Ability to adapt to the style, tonality and vernacular of the current “voice” of employee and consumer facing social mediums consistent with the Four Seasons brand identity

  • Attention to detail and extremely organized

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects/programs

  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities

  • Have demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging and social media applications

  • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office

  • Motivated to educate and learn the future of social media as it relates to the property
