       Requirements:

  • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English and Spanish
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office, including Publisher
  • Knowledge of Delphi and Opera preferred.
  • Graphic design skills, including previous experience with Photoshop and/or InDesign
  • Photography and videography experience preferred
  • Comfortable researching and experimenting with new technology
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong team player
  • Three to five years’ experience in a digital marketing/social media capacity
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Proven skills in managing special projects and events independently
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations preferred
  • Emphasis is on community manager - social media and digital - 


We expect from you :

  • Maximize opportunities for publicity in all forms of social media, including independently monitoring Social Media sites where our business may have a presence and respond/interact accordingly; full autonomy to monitor primary Websites which include: Twitter/Facebook/Trip Advisor/Yelp/FourSquare/ Revinate/ Pinterest / Instagram
  • Develop initiatives and creative social media campaigns for the Resort, to grow our presence on the internet, and to be in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
  • Assist the director of marketing and public relations manage with integrated campaigns.
  • Create innovative publicity newsletters that will increase awareness and positive perception of the hotel, its spa, culinary programs, services, restaurants and personnel.
  • Supervise third party filming/photo shoot at the hotel as well as handle photography for social media posts.
  • Develop strong relationships with key social media influencers/media/ tastemakers;
  • Support Hotel Events with electronic collateral development, registration, event management;
  • Attend meetings (internal & external) as needed;  including the daily sales meeting, Yield meeting, etc.
  • Awareness of latest tools, platforms and best practices.
  • Develop strategies to impact awareness and encourage engagement, inspire dream vacations to resort and build loyalty.
  • Organize competitions/contests on relevant platforms and seek out joint

    promotional opportunities with suitable partners.

  • Monitor and report on FSRM performance on TripAdvisor account
  • Share results of Revinate report and Adobe scorecards on performance/engagement level across all social media platforms.
  • Do comparison reports on social media statistics with high performing FS properties and competitor resorts.
  • Monitor blogs/ follow power bloggers relevant to travel industry and luxury market
  • Coordination of FSPUN participation in FSHR global social media campaigns
  • Proactively look for opportunities to host bloggers and social media influencers.
  • Conduct site inspections for bloggers and special guests at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and entertain them.
  • Regularly monitor and update website.
  • Be a brand ambassador of FSPUN at all times.
  • Ensure that cyber-glitches are responded to in a timely manner
  • Ensure leads and potential business opportunities are flagged and follow-up on by appropriate individual
  • Ensure all relevant news is disseminated through these networks with channel-appropriate content
  • Initiate conversations and build relationships with digital influencers on a consistent basis
  • Prepare monthly Social Media Report and distribute to GM, HM, DOM & PRMGR
  • Read industry and social media news and training materials provided by Corporate and/or Intrapromote
