Opportunity

The Four Seasons One Dalton is seeking an experienced Director of Residences.  The Director of Residences will provide strategic leadership and management for all aspects of the residential operation.  The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with both guests and employees alike, who is passionate about providing exceptional service and can inspire others to offer great service.  They will need to have the ability to connect and cater to discerning individuals.

Position Description:  Provide leadership and management for all aspects of the residences operation.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Attend and participate in all Planning Committee meetings and events. ·
  • Conduct regular tours of the residences and make recommendations for changes as well as note deficiencies and ensure corrective action is taken. ·
  • Meet on a regular basis with all managers, supervisor, and non-management employees. ·
  • Develop profit improvement ideas, policies and procedures and implement them with approval of the General Manager. ·
  • Assist in ensuring that all areas of the residences are appropriately staffed to handle demand periods and that staff are well trained, polite and conduct themselves in a professional manner. ·
  • Ability to develop, with the aid of key personnel, strategies and programs to ensure attainment of the residential goals and objectives. ·
  • Ability to prepare a comprehensive annual operating profit plan, for all departments in the residential operation with addendum plans for maintenance, repair, sanitation energy conservation and uniform replacement. ·
  • Capable of preparing a capital expenditure plan/reserve study plan. ·
  • Ability to prepare quarterly staffing development succession plan and salary administration plan.


Professional Qualifications:

Professional property management certification such as IREM or CAI or similar preferred.

3-5 years of property management experience and work authorization for employment in the United States.

Education

University Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Finance or Real Estate Management preferred.

Responsibilities will include

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential entity.
  • Lead a team of Four Seasons professionals.
  • Develop and enforce residential service and product quality standards.
  • Ensure all Four Seasons residential Policies and Procedures are developed and implemented.
  • Discuss and explain residential budgets for all relevant entities.
