ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards
  • Communicate to Engineers on duty and keep a log of all details pertaining to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas in a timely manner.
  • Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.
  • Assist Dir of Engineering and Asst. Dir of Engineering with purchase order system.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Complete all payroll records for proper signature. Track par stocks and distribution of items from inventory.
