The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for F&B Marketing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Food & Beverage Division, the F&B Marketing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Successful candidate must be fluent in both Japanese and English.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties supporting the Food & Beverage Division of the hotel. Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, menu and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes. Maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management members of the Food & Beverage Division; coordinate, set and confirm interviews and appointments. Assist in completing special projects which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies.
