The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Room Service Supervisor to join our talented team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company! 

We are looking for an individual who can provide support in our Restaurants by planning, organizing, and directing the work of employees within the Hotel’s Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. This role will report to the Restaurant Managers.

The role of the Room Service Supervisor

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Room Service Department while ensuring guest satisfaction.  Train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Room Service Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for 24-hour a day in-room dining and in-room private bar services.

Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.   Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

We look for the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage related position, luxury environment or fine dining preferred. 

  • Excellent communication skills. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; an additional language an asset 

  • Must have a flexible schedule, ability to work early morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other Food & Beverage computer systems. 



  • Knowledge of the local Minneapolis area preferred.
