Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Lana'i Experience Associate

The Lana'i Experience Associate is an integral part of the Guest Experience and will assist our guests at our Island Adventure Center and car rental operation. They will seek out ​opportunities to enhance guest experience and achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons Hotel’s Standards and Policies & Procedures.

Essential Functions

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services.
  
  
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person, by phone and via e-mail.
  
  
• Aware of what external and internal activities are available in Resort and establishes close contacts with Front Office in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and guest contact skills
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• 1-2 years experience in hospitality preferred
  
  
• Must be a team player
  
  
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays
