Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Pool & Beach.  On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor, ideally located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.  In the heart of all the action, the coveted community of Cabo Del Sol is home to our modern hacienda-style village, with sparkling ocean views throughout. Create magical memories as hearts beat to the rhythm of Mexican music, art and culture – embraced by the warmth of our Four Seasons “familia.” This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences,  Amenities will include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse.  The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people.  It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.

Knowledge and Skills

  • At least 2~3 years of relevant work experience in Luxury Hotel.
  • Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
  • Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
  • Great organizational skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently


Essential Functions

  • Oversee all aspects of the outlet operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training and motivating the team.
  • Be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new ones.
  • Work closely with the F&B Manager, the Director Culinary and Executive Pastry Chef, to design an effective seasonal menus while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
  • You actively drive the Marketing/PR activities and F&B promotions according to the established F&B Promotional calendar.
  • You actively attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
  • Flexibility to work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Build an open and trustful environment where everyone's opinion is shared and valued.
  • Coordinate personal training to guarantee a high level of service and productivity.
  • Anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
  • As a Department Leader, you will motivate and develop a team, leading by example at all times, and instill a culture of continuous learning and improvement among your staff.
  • You actively participate in Employee Relations activities and programs
  • You are actively involved in identifying and assessing the needs of your team and investing in their career development through effective coaching, training, and by instilling company our values.
  • When dealing with external and internal customers you live by the Golden Rule.
  • You will use your unique personality and service style fulfilling the Four Seasons Brand and Resort standards creating a special and memorable experience!
