Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who will be part of the world's leaders and experts team in the Hospitality industry!

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES are:

• Responsible for the development and implementation of a HACCP system as well as prerequisite programs for shipping and receiving, equipment and maintenance, training, sanitation and pest control, recalls, and other operational control programs. To assist in H.AC.C.P. Record keeping and updating it when it is required.
• Assist the Department in ensuring all legal standards and regulatory compliance's will be met.
• Identify, evaluate, control and prevent hazards at all stages. 
• Review all critical control points (CCP’s), monitor and verify records to ensure compliance with HACCP plan, critical limits and frequencies.

THE REQUIREMENTS are simple:

• Fluency in English is required
• EU citizenship is required
