What are we looking for and what can you bring to the table?

• We’re for looking for a genuine caring and compassionate individual with a passion for hospitality that possess integrity and accountability.
• An individual who let’s their personality shine through and can be themselves.
• 3- 4 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operation.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

What would my job responsibilities be?

The Cook 1 is an essential member of the Food & Beverage culinary team. The Cook 1 prepares breakfast, lunch and/or dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Kitchen presents and endless amount of opportunities of learning and growth for line cook positions of all levels.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a luxury restaurant and/or hotel setting. A culinary degree is preferred along with solid food & beverage knowledge.
