The Opportunity:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our team as a Revenue Manager!

This position will support the Senior Director of Revenue Management overseeing two Four Seasons properties Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown and Four Seasons Hotel Boston One Dalton. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist the Director of Revenue with daily rate and inventory management. Able to cover all functions of revenue management in the absence of the Director of Revenue.
  • Update weekly Forecast and Yield reports, attend, and contribute to the respective meetings.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports as needed to provide business performance reviews, hotel pricing/yielding results, mix of business optimization studies, marketing and customer behavior, competitive intelligence, forecasting and statistical data, budgeting support, etc. Conduct ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Supports the Group and Leisure sales teams on making the best business decisions relating to pricing, ancillary spend, displacement, concessions, and liabilities. 
  • Actively participates in RevMax Meetings and Pipeline Meetings to evaluate optimal mix of business.
  • Monitors and ensures rate integrity between Fourseasons.com and all other distribution channels. Work with the WRO Distribution and Central Systems Support teams to ensure the resort has optimal website display for rates and promotions
  • Controls and balances inventory and rates for the Wholesale segment.  Responsible for coordinating with the Leisure Sales team on communicating restrictions to all account partners
  • Monitor the OTA market segments; set and review production goals, and monitor on-line content for best compliance scores, placement, and exposure
  • Provide reporting and analyst assistance to all revenue generating departments (Spa/ F&B, Cabanas), as needed
  • Reviews group cut-off dates to ensure proper inventory is being sold and leads Group Pick-Up Meetings with the Group Coordinator and Conference Service Management team
  • Direct reservations team and provide guidance for Rooms Controller as needed
  • Enforce the established room and rate availability guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue. 
  • Supports the Sales, ResCom, Front Office, and Guest Experience Departments as needed with prospect business or current business on the books
  • Works closely with and supports the functions of the Group Rooms Coordinator
  • Gatekeeper to create and maintain rate codes for all published rates, packages and promotions in Opera and IDeaS. Liaise with WRO Distribution to ensure parity for all selling channels
  • Assist in maintaining all revenue management related systems; IDeaS, Power BI/ RevFinder, Opera PMS, Golden Sales & Catering
  • Partner with Director of Revenue to host revenue management
  • Provide back up for Senior Director of Revenue Management in his/her absence.
  • Prepare Revenue Management Month End Reports (Scorecards, Owners Documents, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong IT (Information Technology) foundation is required: Proficient in Excel, Opera, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Windows. Knowledge of PowerBI, Ideas RMS and Hotelligence is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to demonstrate key insights translated to fact-based decision-making.


Education and Experience

  • Four-year college degree from accredited university
  • Experience: Three years of experience in reservations management, revenue management or sales & marketing.
