SUMMARY 岗位概述

Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责

• Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest’s order according to Four Seasons Standards, describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.

• The ability to anticipate and service of guests requirements before requests are necessary.

• Coordinate amenity deliver by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered from kitchen and delivered in a prompt and accurate fashion

• The ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.

• The ability to utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.

• The ability to carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.

• The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.

• The ability to report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager.

• The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

• The ability to answer telephones according to Four Seasons' standards and take reservations or provide information regarding the lounge or any other hotel service.

• The ability to recognize regular guests and to greet them by their name.

• The ability to use guest names for all guests as guest name becomes known.

• The ability to keep the working area clean and tidy at all times.

• The ability to participate in each meal service, knowing how to set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  All menu items and preparation and service standards for all items.

• Assist and co-operate with stewarding to handle operating equipments.

• To refill all supplies to support restaurant operation.

• The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
