Sales Administrative Associate

The Sales and Marketing Department promotes, sells and books business for the hotel. The teams’ goal is to ensure that the hotel achieves maximum RevPAR. Additionally Sales and Marketing coordinates advertising, promotions and public relations activates aimed at enhancing the hotel’s position. This position provides administrative support to the Director of Sales as directed including all aspects of the division, supports divisional operations and administration. This position provides a variety of reports and maintains multiple informational databases.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
