Our Team:
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join our dynamic Spa Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

Are you excited about delivering the best Spa experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Spa Supervisor will assist in providing leadership and management of the Spa Department along the Spa Assistant Manager. The Spa Supervisor oversees staff including Therapists, Estheticians, Attendants, and Receptionists. The Spa Supervisor is in charge of the day to day operation in Spa and ensuring all runs smoothly for our guests. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our managers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

About You:

• One to two years’ experience working in a supervisory role in a spa
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be a quick problem solver
• Work authorization in the United States
