Position Overview:
Sunset Lounge is an Asian-inspired bar and lounge located in the heart of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, that offers its guests with stunning panoramic sea views, nightly entertainment and a fast-paced atmosphere. As a bartender at Sunset Lounge, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring that they have a great experience and feel welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders for beverages according to bar standard.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers according to bar standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Check customers’ IDs to ensure they are of legal drinking age when necessary
- Upsell and promote menu items to customers.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers.
- Ensure that customers’ orders are correct and served in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as necessary.
- Work with other staff members to ensure that the overall experience for customers is exceptional.
- Follow all safety and health regulations.
