Your day to day
Start by building your own team to open the new Holiday Inn Express in Courtenay, located in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, a growing and exciting place to live and work and play.

The Comox Valley is considered  one of the most desirable places in Canada due to its incredible natural setting on the Pacific Ocean, mild climate and limitless year-round recreational pursuits, all of which are located within a relatively small geographic area

What we need from you

Experience in front desk operations, commitment to your team, hands on, servant leadership.  A telent for managing teams, revenue development and cost management.  Proven experience in driving results is a must.  IHG experience is preferred.  A willingness to work the front desk when needed, as well as assist in sales operations is a must.
