Marketing Coordinator

About the job

Support in the supervision and implementation of digital marketing activities in cooperation with various international media & digital agencies
Creation and monitoring of print and advertising productions in compliance with the CI/CD
Supporting online reputation management as an interface to guest relations (photos, opening hours, dates, etc.)
Maintenance and updating of hotel-relevant content (descriptions, figures, facts), photos and links on websites (consortia, OTAs, tour operators, memberships, partners, tourism organisations, networks, etc.)
Support with local and national promotions in the areas of F&B, Rooms & SPA and the in-house club "GreenGo"
Implementation of digitalisation projects

About you

You have completed a professional qualification or degree in the hotel and catering industry or tourism and marketing
A high level of creativity and inventiveness, combined with passion and enthusiasm
Confident handling of digital media and current marketing tools
Good understanding of graphics and initial experience of common content management systems
Conceptual, structured and results-orientated way of working
Team-orientated personality with high social and communication skills
Very good oral and written language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
Knowledge of InDesign, preferably also video editing programmes, as well as common MS Office programmes
  • Languages required: English and German. French is a plus
