Executive Housekeeper
About the job
As the Executive Housekeeper, you shall be responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, Laundry and Recreation/Health Club, if applicable. Directs and works with team to ensure guestrooms, public space, employee areas and back of the house areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds team accountable for corrective action. The position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining its operating budget
With a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and leadership, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive experience for every guest of hotel.
Key Tasks:
Managing housekeeping operations of the hotel
Develop and maintain positive working relationship with all stakeholders
Ensuring exceptional guest service, cleanliness and room presentations
Develop and achieve; annual budgets, cleanliness scores and cost management index.
Lead, manage and supervise the housekeeping department the assign sub-sections day to day operations
Ensuring Brand Standard compliance
Managing human resource activities of the department
- 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum

About you
Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related professional area
