About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Revenue Manager.

The Revenue Manager manages rooms and function space inventory and ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits for hotels in the market. As a Revenue Manager, you are responsible for building rates, packages and hotel sales strategy information in the hotel(s)’ inventory systems.

You will generate pricing and positioning recommendations for market hotels, conduct analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory and contribute to forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections.
Besides, you will critique sales strategy effectiveness and prepare historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.

Key Tasks:

 Executing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy
 Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data
 Develop and Implement Long Range Strategic Plans
 Building Successful Relationships with Stakeholders
  • 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum
  • Benefits:  Gross remuneration range between 5 Million YEN to 8 Million YEN /per annum  Medical coverage & accident insurance  Staff rates at eligible hotels  Local transport allowance

About you

Education and Experience:

 Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Hotel management, Business or related major;
 4 years experience in revenue management, sales, marketing or related professional area.



Preferred:

 Basic or Intermediate Fluency in Japanese an added advantage
 Excellent Communication and presentation skills
 Japan Work Experience an added advantage
