What you'll do:

As Property Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our apartment rental services. Your responsibilities will be divided into three key areas: Reservations, Guest Services, and Property Management. From optimizing lead conversion to providing top-notch tenant assistance and managing property portfolios, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reservations: Efficiently convert leads into bookings.
* Assist tenants in their booking process from start to finish, taking into account the customer's needs and preferences in terms of location, time period, budget, and facilities to recommend the best combination.
* Oversee payment control and rental management.
* Continuously propose improvements for the reservation processes.
* Guest Services:Provide attentive assistance to tenants throughout their stay.
* Be the point of contact for clients to communicate any action or incident related to their property and looking for effective solutions meeting the SLAs.
* Handle all calls in a professional manner ensuring compliance with monthly KPIs.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers understanding their expectations, and being accountable for the success of their stay with us.
* Address and resolve issues related to property maintenance and administration.
* Property Management: Optimize pricing and occupancy for the assigned property portfolio.
* Maintain strong relationships with property owners.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration with property owners.
* Implement strategies for maximizing property profitability and occupancy.

* Knowledge of property maintenance and administration tasks.
* Familiarity with industry standards and quality service delivery.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Languages required: Spanish and English.
