Maids

The role of the Maid is to work alongside all housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service for our guests. They will use the techniques and highly professional skills that have been taught in training, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. He or she will help to develop a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.

Will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues.
Will take care of the cleaning and tidying up of the rooms, with extreme attention to the guests' belongings as well as the furnishings arrangement.
Will anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service.
Will respect the work plan received during the briefing.
Will collect all materials needed from the warehouse in accordance with the instructions received.
Will proactively be involved in teamwork and cooperate with every co-worker.
Will correctly use and upkeep all equipment and supplied materials.
Will work in compliance with all hygiene, health and safety regulations
Will implement all the information shared during training.
