· Sarai responsabile dell’accoglienza degli ospiti del nostro Hotel e di assicurarti che questi ultimi ricevano un'esperienza assolutamente leggendaria.
· Ti occuperai di gestire le procedure di check-in check-out e cassa del Ricevimento (cassa personale) durante il tuo turno di lavoro (8 ore lavorative svolte prevalentemente in piedi dietro al desk e in hotel + 30 minuti di pausa pranzo/cena), della trasmissione degli addebiti alla contabilità clienti. Accompagnerai gli ospiti in camera divenendo uno dei punti di contatto principale con loro. Parteciperai alla funzione di revisione notturna e alla preparazione di report finanziari giornalieri.
