Summary

The Outlet Manager responsible for assisting Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt’s brand standards; also to ensure maximum Guests’ satisfaction and Associates’ productivity while operating within budget.

Qualifications

-    -  Minimum of 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager in a hotel or international branded restaurants with good standards.
-  Good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills
-  Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
-  Fluency in English and proficiency in either Cantonese or Mandarin speaking is a prerequisite
