About Park Hyatt London River Thames  

Opening 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and responsibilities related to the ​Assistant Director of Food & Beverage​ role  

  • Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events and room service 
  • In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability 
  • Participating in the recruitment and selection of F&B colleagues 
  • Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food & Beverage operations 
  • Support the Director of Food & Beverage in aligning Food & Beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel 
  • Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth 


About you  

Proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
