Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To assist the Director of Events in managing the planning logistics of major conferences, conventions, incentives, meetings, concerts, exhibitions, weddings and social events so as to exceed customer expectations stimulate optimum revenue and enhance the reputation of the hotel.

Qualifications

Work experience in convention service or group coordination will be an advantage. Good organisational skills are required. Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
