ASSISTANT MANAGER - FRONT OFFICE

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Assistant Manager - Front Office   who acts as manger on duty in the hotel. 

We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.

  • You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.  
  • The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel, and to follow up on guest requests and inquiries. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or  Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. ·
  • Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
  • Exceptional customer service an problem solving skills.
  • Fluent both in  Korean and English.
