As an Executive Assistant - Executive Office, you will be responsible in providing a high and consistent standard of administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Monitoring the GMs reporting emails and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms
  • Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
  • Responding to enquires for VIP clients at Park Hyatt Sydney 
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms may require
Qualifications

Professional skills and qualities for the role are: 

    • Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written English
    • Strong time management
    • well organised with a strong commitment to maintaining a controlled working environment
    • Preferable knowledge of Travel/Hotel Industry
