Summary
  • Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
  • Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

  • Adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Hygiene, Health and Food Safety
  • Implement food safety programs and procedures.
  • Always practice safety in handling food.
  • Performing personal and environmental hygiene in food and beverage business
Qualifications
  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field
  • Has minimum 1 (One)  year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
  • Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
  • Strong in leadership and business acumen
  • Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
