Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Food & Beverage Manager role
- Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars and room service
- In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business by delivering excellent service, achieved through effective trainings and development of the team
- Be creative and think outside the box, experimenting with new ways of developing and improving the department
- Be passionate about F&B, being present with your team and share your knowledge with them
- Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth
- Hire and retain new team members, embracing recruitment and trying new ways of attracting top talent
