【業務内容】

・レストランにおけるスムーズなオペレーションの遂行
・マネジメント全般（売上管理、スタッフ育成、勤怠管理など）
・各種プロモーションイベント・メニューの考案と実施　など

 

●We are looking for an Assistant Manager (management position) at one of the following restaurants in the hotel.

・Italian cafe "Fiorentina
・All-day dining "French Kitchen
・Oak Door Steakhouse
・Edomae Sushi Roku Roku

*Assignments will be determined during the selection process, taking into consideration the assignment request and aptitude.

●Duties and Responsibilities

・Smooth operation in the restaurant
・General management (sales management, staff training, attendance management, etc.)
・Creation and implementation of various promotional events and menus, etc.

Qualifications

●レストランサービス経験者（5年以上）
●レストランでのマネジメント職経験者
●中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
●ホテルでの料飲サービス経験者優遇 

 

●Restaurant service experience (5+ years)
●Experience in a management position in a restaurant
●Intermediate level of English and Japanese language skills
●Experience in food and beverage service in a hotel is preferred
