FRONT OFFICE - TEAM LEADER

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office - Team Leader is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia. (Sabahan only)
  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Work experience in a similar capacity is preferred. 
  • Excellent written and spoken English. 
  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
