- Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area
- Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and build rapport with guests
- Ensure a seamless experience by handling guests’ enquiries and managing reservations in a professional manner
- Anticipate guests’ problems before they arise, and rectify the issues in a calm and flexible way
- Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests
What you should have:
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries
- Good communication and language skills
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
- Passionate in food & beverage
