What you will do:
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards
- Responsible for full spectrum of duties, assisting guests with restaurant bookings and handling guests’ enquiries in a professional and efficient way
- Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with Club at the Hyatt members, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
What you should have:
- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
- Good communication skills and language skills
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
