Duties and responsibilities related to the Learning Manager role
Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, office hours, although some flexibility is required during opening and you may need to work some evenings and weekends to deliver training, colleague social events or networking events for example.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Learning Manager role
- Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will set up the Learning function within this luxury hotel and support the onboarding of all colleagues
- Aligning hotel learning initiatives with the hotel and company objectives to drive success
- Implement and cultivate Hyatt's Global and UK Learning approach, ensuring a consistent approach to learning and development
- Delivering Hyatt’s Learning programmes, you will drive Learning on property
- Implementing the Area/Global Hyatt Learning initiatives in conjunction with the Area Learning function and tailored to our specific hotel needs
- Conduct in-person workshops and coach managers and teams to support their continuous improvement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning efforts to optimize their impact and ensure a strong return on investment

About you
- Previous experience in similar role as a Learning Manager within the hospitality industry is a must, with a proven track record of success in implementing and delivering learning initiatives
- Experience in Hotel openings would be an advantage
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for cultivating a culture of continuous learning
- Able to prioritise and self-manage your workload, you will be organised and structured and will maintain consistent performance under pressure with an exceptional eye for detail
- You will be a confident trainer with a personable and approachable style and feel comfortable communicating at all levels
- You will have a creative streak and be a real ‘people’ person with a natural smile and impeccable grooming!
