About you
Proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Previous experience in an Oriental themed restaurant is advantageous.

- Lead and manage the lunch and dinner operations of the Chinese Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
- Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
- Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
- Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
- Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
