We are seeking a well-experienced Sales Coordinator who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Department within the Sales and Marketing Division.

 

In this role, you will support the sales team members by efficiently creating a manual and electronic filing system, creating and maintaining the hotel’s sales agreements, contracts and quotations, conducting hotel tours, and liaising closely with other departments to ensure colleague and guest requests and expectations are met.  At the same time, you will respond to telephone calls or inquiries and relay information/ messages accurately to other team members.  Part of your development is to be exposed to some of the accounts and follow up sales leads.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:

  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills with high regard for details and accuracy
  • Proactive, organized, and customer service oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for working with people
