Summary

1.Ensures professional Sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies
2.Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services
3.Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel
4.Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the  Director of Sales
5.Establishes strong contacts to source for information with regards to planned and upcoming functions / events
6.Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectations are being met.

Qualifications

1. Having leadership skills and understanding the responsibilities of the department responsible for each position.
2. Master the knowledge of using the Internet and other major computer systems.
3. Master application sales and front-end computer systems.
4. Understand the international market of business tourism, tourism industry, conference tourism, and catering sales.
5. Be able to grasp and understand the market and competition.
6. Must have good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
