About the job

Summary

-        Holds a qualification in Kitchen production and Management or equivalent which specialises in Pastry

-        Well developed kitchen management, menu planning skills.

-        Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

-        Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.

-        Computer Skills, particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mail, and Receipe Maintenance system.

-        Minimum two to four years work experience as Assistant Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in a large hotel.

-        Preferable prerequisite is experience with luxury international brand.
